REPLACEMENT ROSES FOR VALENTINE’S DAY BOUQUET
I mentioned in an earlier post that the roses my husband gave me for Valentine’s Day were not opening and were also beginning to die, and we found out that the florist guarantees their flowers. So I took the old ones in and got a dozen new roses. They didn’t have any more of the same kind, and she gave me ones that she said are well known for opening. The yellow and pink together are quite pretty, and brighten up my living room more than the previous ones did. Anne asked me to show a photo, so here they are.
I love yellow roses. The pink and yellow together do look amazing.
Happy for you that these are opening nicely; the colors must be giving winter a burst of spring for you.
Gorgeous!
I can appreciate that roses might not be completely fresh by the time they make it up to Alaska. Thank goodness the store has a good replacement policy.
I’m sure these flowers brighten up everything. So pretty.
